O’Dempseys 2-6 Park/Ratheniska 4-15

Our Minor Footballers made up for the disappointment of missing out on the Championship Final by taking home League Silverware in The Old Pound against O'Dempseys on Sunday morning last. Having lost the league final, it was some reward for these players for a year of hard work and dedication. First half goals from Brian Fingleton and Brian Dunne set the tone, and with our lads leading 2-05 to 1-01 at the half time break, they dominated the second half to emerge comfortable winners. 

Well done to everyone involved, this has been a very dedicated and well turned out side and they are a credit to themselves, their management and families. We look forward to seeing them turn out for the adult sides in the coming years.
