The Park/Ratheniska GAA Club has an especially vibrant Juvenile Club catering for all ages from Under 6's all the way up to U20 in both codes. Each Sunday morning in the GAA Grounds children from all ages are coached and play Gaelic Games under the supervision of trained coaches.

Like our Adult Club, we amalgamate at underage level under the Park/Ratheniska-Timahoe Hurling Club, which caters for hurlers in both our Club and the neighbouring football only Clubs.

Our 2025 Park Ratheniska GAA Academy returns in April and is once again welcoming returning and new members of all ages for the coming season. 

The Park/Ratheniska GAA Club has an especially vibrant Juvenile Club catering for all ages from Under 6's all the way up to U20 in both codes, all playing games under the watchful eyes of close to 100 fully trained, safeguarded and vetted coaches.

We are most excited about the return of our Ratheniska Rascals, the Clubs fully dedicated Gaelic Games Nursery programme for boys and girls from ages 4-6.They will return on Sunday April 13th at 11am.

Adopting the GAA’s TURAS programme the Rascals will begin their journey on the Gaelic Games ladder through a fun games based approach, giving the children a safe environment to learn and play with their friends. All the while adopting the fundamental principles associated with nurturing the childrens first experience of sport in a fun ands safe environment with special games and activities that are transferable across all sports. 

The Rascals Nursery will continue throughout the Summer, every Sunday morning at 11am and new members and players, boys and girls are always welcome. Get in touch with Club Coaching Officer Bryan Lynch at 0879657218 or simply pop out some Sunday morning and take a look for yourself!

Following on from the Rascals Nursery is our Gaelic Football and Hurling Academy which caters for players from U7 to U11, with the Hurling taking place on Sunday morning also at 11AM and the Football groups training on a Monday evening at 6.30PM for the boys with the Ladies Footballers splitting out at U8 and their training is every Tuesday evening at 6.30PM.
